Steps

Pre-Inspection-

There are two types of inspections. The first one visual, to evaluate the condition of the furniture and the fabric type. The second type of inspection is technical, examining the strength of the seam and sources of residue and interior soil in the fabric. Dry Vacuum, removal of all dry soluble and animal fur.

Pre-Spray-

Combination of at least three different solutions depending on the fabric type. The object of the pre-spray is to lift soil, condition the fabric, and remove odor.

Spotting-

Any potentially difficult spots will be pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal including urine spots.

Steam Cleaning-

Using 175F (this step is not recommended for all fabric types), special rinse solution, and our specialized upholstery tools which leave your upholstery dry within 45 min.

Deodorizing (optional) – To give a good fragrance-comes in three different odors: rose, lemon, and cinnamon (if scotch guard is applied deodorizing is not applied).

Scotch guard (optional) - Food and soil repellant coating. This is the perfect protection to keep your furniture clean and healthy for a longer period of time and is recommended by all fabric manufacturers.
